Message from the American Heart Association:
The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in all AHA courses and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the AHA. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the AHA.
Late Arrival (>15 minutes, following designated start time of class) will be unable to participate in the course, and will, therefore, be ineligible for Course Completion with PulsEducation LLC. All PulsEducation Educators reserve the right to refuse entry of a student who fits the description of the aforementioned [late] category.
If a student is unable to attend class at the designated start time, a 15-minute cushion of time will be granted, as long as said student informed their Educator in advance of the class' designated start time.
Students who intentionally leave the class/or are asked to leave by a PulsEducation Educator, prior to class dismissal will be ineligible for Course Completion with PulsEducation LLC.
Prospective Students are allowed to cancel an Appointment for Class without penalty if the cancellation is requested/made prior to a 48-hour period before the scheduled class start time.
Any cancellation requested/made within the 48-hour time period will result in a Fee, equal to the full cost of the course as documented upon initial appointment booking.
